Had been a 20+ a day smoker for 40 years but within 2 to 3 days of trying Neafs I haven't smoked for nearly 3 months. The great thing about Neafs are 3 fold, 1. You have something to hold 2. You get the nicotine hit that you need without the health risk 3. The huge savings you make.
Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to quit.

I had been considering Iqos as an alternative to smoking but after
doing some research into concerns that heating tobacco still has
it's issues (less than burning it but still there nonetheless) I decided
on NEAFS to try to break the dependance on tobacco after liquid
vaping didn't really work for me.I have to say that I'm finding this
product very effective.I have found the fruit flavours and Mojito
flavour a little weak (probably my taste buds after years of smoking)
but the other three are very good.This is why I'd recommend those
interested in trying this to go for the deluxe bundle with all six
flavours (as I did) so they can sample all of them before deciding
which they prefer.The vapour from the device is very discreet with
no odour to speak of and is just as easy to carry around as any other
vape pen device out there.For anyone else struggling to quit with
liquid vaping,nicotine patches and other alternatives and would
prefer something that actually resembles smoking I would recommend giving TEO NEAFS a try.As for customer service I would
like to thank Richard King for his swift response to an errant email
confirmation of my most recent order which turned up a few hours
later just before his response!

Excellent product which has helped me stop smoking cigarettes

I ordered a neafs bundle having previously used other heated devices. I can honestly say that I am really impressed with the device and the neafs. The device is premium quality and feels nice in your hand. The teo is so easy to use press the button 5 times to switch it on then you put a stick in the top of the device and push it in straight as it has a heating blade inside. Do not twist the stick as you could snap the blade. A little tip put the stick in lightly and then press the button again for 2 seconds until it vibrates, it takes 20 seconds to heat up so after about 10 seconds it softens the stick and then it is easier to push to the line on the top. After the second vibration you can start your sessions. I got a mixed bundle of sticks and normally I only like tobacco flavour so I used the original 1.5 nicotine. The flavour was lovely it was like a Virginia taste, even though I the sticks are made with green tea leaves the taste was amazing and these will be my flavour going forward. I have tried some of the other flavours. The blueberry ones were really nice they reminded me of huba buba chewing gum flavour so if you like fruit flavour these would be a nice one for you. The flavour was consistent through the full stick and there was plenty of vapour. I would highly recommend the device and neafs sticks as they are really close to a real cigarette and much better than vapes which I could not get away with. You can also use the device with other sticks if you want. I would also like to say that the customer service is amazing, I had a problem with placing my order and emailed them. They got straight back to me and Richard sorted it out straight away for me so thank you for the brill customer service.

My husband has been using a well known brand of heated nicotine sticks for nearly 5 years but have now become aware of their high nicotine content - far higher than the cigarettes he used to smoke. Having tried NEAFS he won’t go back to his usual brand. A great taste and no nicotine - a win win situation.

My TEO and NEAFS cigarettes arrived today. When I opened the box, the TEO machine is really small. In my eyes, I used IQOS before, so it is bigger, but when I smoked NEAFS cigarettes from the TEO machine, there is a real difference, for example, I smoked NEAFS cigarettes through the IQOS machine and it was completely different. the smoke was gone and the taste was different, but TEO is really better and it's very easy to use and clean very easily, and I can say, for example, that I smoked HEETS cigarettes for about 3 years, I was fed up with them and wanted to change something, and the plus is that when NEAFS cigarettes do not need to be shaken out, but HEETS had to be shaken out and cleaned in order to smoke well. I can say that it is really worth using TEO and NEAFS, I don't know what will happen next, but now I am really satisfied

Don't like vaping, have tried many versions with no success and I don't like British cigarettes much prefer L&M or West.
Tried out NEAFS and was delighted, I use the menthol which I would not normally smoke but these are great have been using for three months now. Service and delivery is always 100%

J'ai adoré les premiers sticks que j'ai essayés, je pouvais sentir la menthe et la sensation glacée sur la gorge. Mais plus tard, je n'ai pas pu l'apprécier plus longtemps, car la saveur ressemble à un parfum qui colle à la bouche. Je ne dirais pas que c'est dégoûtant, mais c'est totalement différent et étrange. Je suis passé de quelques années de fumeur de cigarettes normal à Hees (environ un an de Heets jusqu'à présent). L'essai de cette alternative à base de feuilles de thé après Heets m'a non seulement permis d'arrêter ces derniers, mais je n'aime plus vraiment inhaler quoi que ce soit maintenant. J'ai l'impression que ce produit est destiné à vous aider à arrêter de fumer et non à vous faire continuer à aimer la cigarette.

Ale později to prostě nemohl vychutnat déle, protože chuť se zdá jako parfém lepí v mých ústech. Neřekl bych, že je nechutný, ale úplně jiný a zvláštní. Přešel jsem z několika let normálního kouření cigaret na Hees (asi rok na Heets až do teď). Vyzkoušení této alternativy čajových lístků po Heets mě nejen zbavilo těch, ale opravdu se mi nelíbí vdechování čehokoli. Mám pocit, že tento produkt vám má pomoci přestat kouřit, ne vás udržet v radosti.

I received the device yesterday. The TEO looks great. Compatible with my HEETS sticks indeed and works perfectly with my nicotine free NEAFS sticks. Good choice to quite tobacco. I like it.

These have been around in Portugal for ages but never seen here till now, my friend there has used them for a few years and I did try one, they do take a little getting used to the flavour of course is different as they are made from tea leaves, but once you get used to them its great, was so happy to see them here s wanting to stop and these you feel you still had a smoke, at least they are less harmful and easy to use, the artridge goes into the machine once you press it 5 times it heats and beeps pop it in and off you go , it does only last about 5 minutes but that for me is fine, very pleased to finally found them here was going to get abroad but they cost a lot more there!

I must admit that I find the TEO a very good device, it has a really good delivery. it is so much better than the IQOS.

I’ve been trying to stop smoking for a while now and I have tried all types of vapes but they don’t cut it. Once I found this heating device it’s so much better, it feels like a cigarette smoke but there is no sleep. Definitely recommend for people trying to stop smoking.

Switched from heets to neafs to finally get away from Tobacco. Was blown away by the flavor, I couldn't believe I liked it better but its true I think the teabacco formula they use does provide a better flavor profile
